JA Edwards of America is a licensed roofing and general contractor serving Florida since 2004, with offices in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Port St. Lucie. We handle residential and commercial roofing, storm damage restoration, and insurance claim support, and we hold GAF's highest certification tier along with a BBB A+ rating.
We replace, repair, and inspect roofs across Florida, and we manage the full storm restoration process from the first inspection through the insurance claim to the finished roof. Most of our work is residential, a good share is commercial, and a lot of it starts with damage a homeowner cannot see from the ground.
What separates us is less about the roof and more about how the company is run. Roofing has a reputation for poor communication, vague estimates, and crews that vanish once the check clears. A large part of what we do is insurance work, and that is where most contractors fall short. Documenting storm damage to the standard an adjuster actually requires is a skill, and we treat it as a core part of the job rather than something we sort out after the fact. We have worked with every major Florida insurer and we know where claims get approved and where they fall apart.
