Horizon West changed what West Orange County looks like. What started as open land west of Winter Garden is now one of the largest master-planned communities in Florida, with tens of thousands of homes built between 2005 and today. The homes built in that first wave — 2005 through 2015 — are now hitting 12 to 20 years old under Florida's climate.
